You love moving; something keeps nagging when you do. We look at how you move and load, not just how much — so you can keep doing the thing you love.

After surgery, a long layoff, or years of being careful, confidence is the real work. We start small, build gradually, and let your body prove to you what it can do.

About Andrei

Andrei Turcea is a movement coach with a background in kinetotherapy, working with people in Leamington Spa and Warwick — in person, hands-on, and online.

In my late teens, trying to work out what to do with my life, I realised that anything to do with health would keep me dependent on doctors — and that felt like an unresolved problem. So I set out to understand the body for myself. “Ever since then I've kept working and studying on this path, and I've fallen in love with it more and more — as it has enabled me to understand my own body better, and to create meaningful connections with people by helping them understand their bodies better.”

Every movement you practise should leave a pleasant trace behind it — like ‘yeah, that was doable, I did that’.
